- University degree in marketing;
- Advanced PC (Microsoft Office Excel, Access);
- 2-3 years of previous experience in developing direct marketing campaigns;
- Working with databases and marketing automation tools is a plus;
- Good knowledge of personal data protection regulations;
- An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize direct marketing campaigns;
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage direct marketing projects involving many contributors;
- Good planning skills and excellent team player;
- A passion for marketing and continuous learning;
DESCRIEREA JOBULUI
- Set-up, develop and implement direct marketing campaigns for increasing new business and cross/ deep & up-sell;
- Manage, analyse customers and prospects databases, define selection criteria for customer and prospects segments to be approached in direct marketing campaigns;
- Responsible with setting up campaign mechanism, designing the flows and processes, measure and follow -up campaign’s performance in order to improve conversions;
- Manage and collaborate with all departments involved in the campaign development, roll-out and closing;
- Responsible fo customer data collection, storage and update processes related to direct marketing communications (direct response, customer personal data updates, campaign interaction) in order to provide a good basis for direct marketing campaigns roll-out.
